Laura Paterson Bsc (Hons) Physiotherapist  MCSP 

Laura graduated in 2014 from Glasgow Caledonian University with a First Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy.


 Following graduating she began working between Stranraer, Newton Stewart and Kirkcudbright with variation in ward and outpatient settings, whilst opening the clinic in evenings and weekends.


She is currently working on the Society of Musculoskeletal Medicine Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine

Nicola Wignall Msc Physiotherapist MCSP

Nicola graduated  in 1996 from Kings College London with a first class honours degree in physiotherapy.  She then worked in the NHS to complete training in all disciplines, first at Queen Mary's Hospital. Sidcup and then specialised in Musculoskeletal Outpatients at Maidstone District General Hospital

Nicola is also a Body Control Pilates Instructor and holds a Level 2 coaching qualification with the British Triatholon Federation.

She has undertaken many course including running repairs rehab, lateral hip and buttock pain and is also a mummy MOT practitioner.

David McDowall

Sports Therapist HND

David graduated with a HND is Sports Therapy from the City of Glasgow College in 2024.

​

Since starting work with Physique51 Ltd in July 2024 he has since undergone courses in dry needling, soft tissue massage, which expand his treatment method within our clinical setting.

​

For the last two years David has also been the Sports Therapist and first aider for Wigtownshire women's rugby team.  Assisting in the management and prevention of sports injuries.
